  1. The Mother soundtrack for NES is littered with tracks that make me wet my pants. Check out Dungeon theme, Eerie area, Eerie building, Factory theme, and Graveyard theme. I can appreciate how hard it must have been to find tracks for this ep.

    1. Yeeeeess, agreed. I'm replaying that game with a friend right now, introducing him to the MOTHER series, and the whole soundtrack is phenomenal. There are a lot of great creepy songs in it, indeed, and many of them are melodic and not atmospheric. Too bad Brent didn't discover these tracks before this episode, I think they would've been perfect for him and would've pleased his melodic sensibilities while also delivering on the creepy theme of the episode.

  2. Just a heads up, Clock Tower for the US Playstation is Japan's Clock Tower 2. The original Super Famicom game never got a US release.

And holy shit, that "Boss Destroyed" track from Dungeon Explorer legitimately gave me chills. Certainly the creepiest track of the episode imo.
