  1. I actually saw Rob's pics on instagram, I've never been to the website for the gallery. Btw, did they have the Street Fighter 2 pinball there, and if so, did either of you play it? I've never seen one in person and I'm curious how well SF2 translates to pinball.

Mouryou Senki Madara 2 game focus!

  2. Awesome episode, it's great to learn more about a genre of games I don't really have any experience with.

I wonder if any of those are really good games that I should try playing

  3. AAAAAAA literally all my happy feels at Fighting human's way, definitely one of my favorite NES tracks.

Anywho, a Japanese site I frequent has Mouryou Senki MADARA's composers as Sukenomiya Fujio and Nazonazo Suzuki. IDK if they are pennames or something, but... it's something more specific than Kukeiha Club??

    1. Oh, really? Well, Nazonazo Suzuki is Katsuhiko Suzuki, who would later work at Treasure. And Sukenomiya Fujio is Atsushi Fujio. Actually, those two both worked on Rollergames together. Anyway, what website is that?

    2. ...Actually, on Moby Games (which usually takes credits from the staff rolls of games), it shows that those two are only credited with "Sound" (which is sound design), while the Kukeiha Club is credited with "Music" (Which would be the actual compositions), so it seems that they were not the composers, although they may have been, but there's nothing indicating that. Also, on any official record release that contains music from this game, no specific composer is ever listed. So unfortunately, the credit must remain a mystery.

    3. http://www21.atwiki.jp/gamemusicbest100/pages/2130.html

It's a site that stemmed off of 2ch that runs a lot of best VGM polls every now and again for different categories, and the wiki has listings for OSTs for a bunch of games.

But yeah, I guess this shall remain a mystery for now, then... :(

  4. Hello from Florida!
I'm pretty new to the podcast and I'm already getting so many Duguh Duguhs out of it. Thank you for the smooth Susano O Densetsu jam as well as the very orchestral Sky's Blueness.
I'm gonna explore the backlog of previous episodes now to discover more Duguhs!
