  1. Great tracks. This episode deserves a 21 Zapper salute. Maybe super scope, I don't know.

  2. Hey guys great episode. Have you ever considered doing a church/temple/religious category for a show? Examples that come to mind are Shrine of Light from FF Mystic Quest and Cathedral from Chrono Trigger. Forgive my ignorance if this topic has been brought up before. Anyways, I love the show and keep up the good work.

  3. This episode was so good! It's the best when you crack each other up and write lyrics on the spot. The whole PGA Tour 96 story was great (it was worth it), and I loved all the literature Rob already wrote up for the Legacy Music Hour User Conference 2015.

Please come to the east coast! You told us to be vocal about it, so there it is.

Also, that keyboard/organ that the Switch was describing (or something very similar) is in Edward Scissorhands, if I remember correctly. The religious neighbor plays it briefly in one scene, and I'm pretty sure she even uses the backbeat Rob's thinking of to accompany her arrangement.

    1. I know the exact type of organ you are talking about. It is extremely common in old churches, and nursing homes (no joke). You can hear one all through the movie "Napoleon Dynamite".

  5. Hey, if you guys wanted to do a sort of convention situation, why not come down to MAGfest next year? It's not in the summer, it's a winter thing. But you guys could totally do a live taping or a panel, or whatever you wanted and there'd be a ton of video game music fans there. Plus you could see Virt in concert like I did at this year's.

  6. Great episode as always!

I really loved the Galaxy Force II track.

Maybe an episode of just arcade music could happen in the future?

The story behind PGA tour 96 was really cool, and the track was great, as well.

Also, for the track with the subwoofer-type bass, my car really did shake.

    Nice work!

  7. Thanks for mentioning my crazy story of what's been going on in my life recently! You guys are more than just a podcast, you have become very great friends of mine and many others as well! I salute back to you! Oh, and come to St. Louis, MO someday! I know it's kinda needing Robocop right now but we need people like you guys here!

  8. This was truly a banner episode. Well worth the wait. I laughed, I cried - I jammed.
Look, David Wise may be a stand-up guy, but if he keeps deprivin' LMH of an interview, nothing less than a complete re-working of the Time Lord ost shall redeem him.
And the east coast is indeed summoning the Double Dragon Boiyz! More specifically - NYC! In skyscrapers this tall, the elevator music just don't stop, can't stop, WON'T stop.

  11. I love the Galaxy Force II track, what a jam! I would love to have a chord chart of it, and jam out to it on guitar. The music doesn't exactly fit the game, but when it's this good, who cares?
Brent what is the name of the group you mention during this track? Cabo what? Could you spell it out please?
